Everybody
Walks Away With Gold! by Deception In The Church, 3/99
Brownsville and Toronto have recently received a much needed shot in
the arm to revive their ailing "revivals", but this time it is laced with
gold! "A "holy woman" from Brazil that shakes gold dust from her
hair and has oil appear on her skin? Where is this woman from?
Is she a Catholic or Protestant? I guess it doesn't matter anymore,
folks. If she can exhibit this kind of magic, then she must be truly
"anointed"! Dreams of Jesus giving flowers and out of body experiences?
Could there be any clearer evidence that the New Age has completely taken
over the Third Wave "River"? These following stories are not for
the faint of heart, and not for baby Christians. Always remember
when reading or viewing occult material that there is a real spiritual
deception at work and you can be deceived. These "miracles" are nothing
more than demonic manifestations that have nothing whatsoever to do with
true biblical manifestations of the gifts of the Spirit." Let's expose
this ploy of the enemy for what it is. With all the new talk in "The
River" about "cross-pollination"
between movements such as Toronto, Brownsville and Word Faith, these gold
"miracles" are nothing more than a plot by the enemy to try to cement the
"health and wealth" gospel people with the "transferable manifestation"
Third Wavers. What better way to bring these people together (as
if they hadn't been from the beginning!) than to have people get their
dental work changed into legal tender?
(2) Days
Of Deception by The Contenders, 3/99
"God has decided to shower His people with gold in the last year
of the millennium. Read about how His people are being sprinkled with gold
dust and blessed with gold fillings. This only shows that people never
learn from history and how willing people are to blindly accept anything
that is passed off as being from God. It's little wonder Christians are
thought of as being gullible by the non Christian world - a great number
are!"
(3) "Cross-Pollination"
- A New Term Coined By The Third Wave
"It seems that the Third Wave leaders spend a lot of time trying
to coin new phrases. C. Peter Wagner is famous for this and recent
indicated that instead of attempting to coin the term "post-denominationlism"
he had decided to call his "Third Wave" movement (another term he coined)
the "New Apostolic Reformation". Since apparently everything always
has to have that tantalizing "new" flavor to it for the false doctrines
The Third Wave espouses to be palatable to the general public, especially
wayward Christians, another "new term" has just been coined."
(4) Rod
Parsley - Preacher/Entertainer by Joseph Chambers, Paw Creek Ministries,"End
Times And Victorious Living" Volume 12, No. 6
This article was taken from the latest issue of "End Times And Victorious
Living" Volume 12, No. 6. It details a few of the false teachings
of Rod Parsley, and ever-present televangelist on the Trinity Broadcasting
Network. We have been watching this man for a long time and, apart
from his stated "prosperity gospel" position, he has departed even further
from the Scriptures recently into some very blasphemous territory.
We urge anyone who watches TBN (we do not endorse watching TBN at all)
to beware of this man and his teachings and false anointing.
(5) Gold
Dust & Gold Teeth by CROSS+WORD, 1999
"I can put off this article no longer. Despite my reluctance to
deal with yet another loony facet of the Toronto fringe of the Church,
there are too many confused and bewildered people to ignore. I hope
to be able to inject a little bit of sense into a senseless debate, and
perhaps to provoke some Bible study and heart-searching on the part of
those involved."
(6) Gold
Fever Strikes Christian Extremists by Inner-City Christian Discernment
Ministry, 1999
"... Today’s Charismatic extremists wear the garb of the Pharisees
when they too require more from the Lord than what He has already provided,
His Word. The Bible is not sufficient for the extremists, they seek after,
and upon finding, flock to the latest sign & wonder in manifestation."
(7) Paul
Cain/Rick Joyner - Preparing For The New World Order by Paw Creek
Ministries, 1999
"Key Charismatics, such as Rick Joyner, Paul Cain, and others are
helping to prepare for the New World Order."
(8) Gold
From Where?
According to this testimony, the gold fillings (supposedly a miracle
from God) are apparently a fading miracle. People who have allegedly
had their fillings changed to gold are now seeing them fade back to their
original condition over time. This was a lying wonder from the
beginning and you would think this latest evidence would wake people up.
I suspect most in the "River" will ignore this fact and miss yet another
opportunity to discern the truth.
(9) Dental
Miracle Reports Draw Criticism by Christianity Today, 1999
"Is God miraculously transforming dental amalgam fillings into gold?
John Arnott, senior pastor at the renowned Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship,
told CT that "God is up to something new ... Arnott, whose first
exposure to gold teeth miracles occurred at South African revivals earlier
this year, contends this is another case of "God offending the mind to
reveal the heart." Apparently Arnott never changes his heretical
tune regardless of rebuke.
(10) Pat
Robertson And Diamonds by Lubbock Avalanche-Journal, 1997
"Robertson's company, African Development Co., based in the Zairian
capital of Kinshasa, sought to dredge diamonds from a remote jungle riverbed.
Robertson is the president and sole shareholder of the company." All
this while raising money for aid to Zaire and using the relief planes to
carry out diamonds!
(11) Marian
Apparitions & Gold Miracles by Cross + Word,
1999
To show the Marion connection in the newest deceptions in the Tonront/Brownsville
"river" read this article. "Visions of 'mary' and 'jesus' have
been appearing to Roman Catholics around the world. Often these visions
are accompanied by prophecies about the Last Days, urging all men and women
to love the Mother of God and submit themselves to her. The visions at
Conyers, Georgia, USA have taken the same course as the ones at Fatima,
Garabandal, Medjugorje and other places. They appear at regular intervals
and various supernatural signs are manifested, including signs in the sun.
Amongst the signs at Conyers is that of gold dust and rosaries turning
to gold."
(12) There's
Gold In Them Thar Teeth by Mike Oppenheimer, 1999
"Acts records several miracles in the early Church and none of them
are of dentistry. Not that this would eliminate this from occurring. But
imagine people who had no leg and saying Jesus healed them by giving them
a wooden leg, or would a person with a blind eye get a glass eye. When
He heals the deaf, would he give them a hearing-aid. When God heals, really
heals, it is an organic miracle, we get real parts not synthetic man made
ones, at least according to the Bible. "
(13) Doctrines
Of Demons by Cross + Word, 1999
"It seemed like things I have been talking about, writing about
and saying for YEARS all came together in my mind and went BANG! And it
all made sense. Horrible, terrible sense. I feel I need to write and warn
you about what is being planned. God does not allow his people to walk
blind and ignorant into danger. We cannot prevent snares being laid, but
God shows us where they are, and then only the foolish go ahead and walk
right into them unheeding."

(15) Gold
In Their Pockets
Check out this page. You will see that not only is gold falling
down from above but "god" is now putting money in people's pockets.
Sort of comes in handy when you forgot to bring your offering! I
have to wonder if the money fades like the gold teeth. Hmmmm? What's
next? Stigmata for for one and all? A mark for everyone?
If they will accept gold from their "god" I suspect they will accept anything.
Never mind about those passages of selling all that you have and giving
it to the poor, or on the lighter side, giving the widow's mite.
All is forgotten in this new post-Christian Word-Faith era. Christ
might as well have said: "Render unto me your seed faith, and I will render
your pockets full." I'm sure we'll be hearing a lot of exegesis about
the coin from the fish's mouth on this. I have this feeling, though,
that if Uncle Sam collects some taxes from these people and the money disappears
he will not be too happy about it. Could this world get any weirder?
And the answer is ... oh, boy ... yes!

(17) Benny
Hinn And His "Fire Anointing" by Cross + Word, 1999
"Here is the proof that Benny Hinn cursed men and women at the September
crusade in Denver. Using sound clips, I demonstrate the weird, bizarre
and spine-chilling anointing of Benny Hinn - hear him growl and shout "fire"
- and listen to some other astounding extracts."

Benny Hinn’s “Fire” Anointing Really Just The Emperor’s New Clothes?by
M. Kurt Goedelman, 1999
"Faith healer Benny Hinn is a man with an “anointing” for all seasons.
Like Baskin-Robbins has flavors of ice cream, Hinn has anointings. There’s
one for almost everyone’s taste."
(19) The
Bible Code: Prophetic Insight Or Fertile Imagination? by G. Richard
Fisher, 1999
Is "The Omega Code" movie based on false information using occult techniques?
Due to this new TBN movie that is being highly publicized by that network
with tickets for sale in many Christian bookstores, we deemed it necessary
to debunk this occultic way of using the Scriptures. "One must ask:
What is the difference between this approach and the Ouija board? This
is, in fact, a technological Ouija board. Rather than let our fingers do
the walking, we let the computer do it for us. We scan for letters and
words to tell us the future and to guide us into that future. Apparently,
this is a frightening new form of occultic technology." You might

(21) Salvation
Sold For A Donation To TBN by Sandy Simpson, 1999
"The Balaam Network (TBN) has really been raking in the cash lately.
With The Omega Code movie in the top ten of money making movies (thanks
to discerning Christians everywhere) and their regular Praise-A-Thon, they
are rolling in dough. So much so that they can now afford to beam
utter heresy, like what you are about to read, to all of China. I
have been watching their fund raising antics the last three nights.
I never thought they could top John Avanzini's "Jesus and the disciples
were rich", "one hundred fold return" and "the widow's mite" (she "wonted"
something) ploys, but R.W. Shambach has just hit a new low. This
e-mail confirmed what viewers heard Shambach say the other night raising
funds for TBN. He has been on solidly for the last three days."
(22) Peter
Wagner And His Apostolic Conferences by The Berean, 1999

"I received these e-mails confirming that Benny Hinn has announced

was "prophesied" by Ruth Heflin, now famous for serving up gold teeth and
gold dust all over Christendumb (and I am not misspelling that word!)."
(28) A
Prophet Has Spoken ... Jesus To Appear In Many Places by Mike Oppenheimer,
Let Us Reason, 4/7/00
"Jesus does not appear to individuals or in churches. He is sitting
at the right hand of the Father waiting for the time He is to come and
collect the church together in the rapture. Again there are no separate
appearances except the false ones that Jesus already warned us about.
"Then if anyone says to YOU, look here is the Christ! or 'There! Do not
believe them." From Jesus ' own words Mt.24:25 "SEE, I HAVE TOLD YOU BEFOREHAND."

"The items we will be discussing here, though, are highly unlikely
to be the product of any normal human conspiracy. But we know from

from the funeral at a evangelical church in East Belfast. And
it is understood that the baby’s parents were so upset they have

and pastoral. My heart is grieved when I consider what this program teaches
and what it does to Christians and professing Christians." Eleven
chapter booklet refuting the new Cleansing Stream materials from The Church
On The Way. Isn't the following ringing endorsement from Brownsville AoG
on the Cleansing Stream web site enough to put any true believer off this
program? "In eighteen months approximately 2,400 people have gone
through the CLEANSING STREAM MINISTRIES' materials and attended a
retreat. Anyone who serves in any capacity in the church goes
through Cleansing Stream. The impact on our congregation is a drastic
reduction in our counseling load. Our people have been given tools with

said that the Church has gatekeeper ministries, possessing the “keys of

out evil and let in righteousness, both in heaven and on earth; that they
can even open the gates of heaven to bring back the “king of glory”!"

"In a film recently released by the Sentinel Group which is titled
"Transformations" and which is narrated by George Otis Jr., we are presented
with a series of four communities that are portrayed as having been radically
transformed by revivals. The film says that each of these communities has
been subjected to strategic spiritual warfare, using the approach promoted
by the Sentinel Group and associated organizations. The implication is
that if you follow their approach, this is the result that you can expect
to see. We decided to do some research into the claims made in the film,
and the following chart is a summary of what we have discovered to date.
Beacause of the remoteness of these communities from our location, it has

(49) My
Swim Through "Cleansing Stream" by Lonnie Schutz, from Discernment
Ministries, 6/01
"God has already provided a cleansing stream
for us, where we can truly be cleansed from all of our iniquities and be
fully forgiven for all of our past sins, addictions, hurts, and "curses".
Hebrews 9: 11-14 "But Christ being come an high priest of good things to
come, by a greater and more perfect tabernacle, not made with hands, that
is to say, not of this building; Neither by the blood of goats and calves,
but by his own blood he entered in once into the holy place, having obtained
eternal redemption for us. For if the blood of bulls and of goats, and
the ashes of an heifer sprinkling the unclean, sanctifieth to the purifying
of the flesh: How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the
eternal Spirit offered himself without spot to God, purge your conscience
from dead works to serve the living God?" God has forever decreed the cross
as the only means of atonement for mankind. Cleansing Stream attempts to
replace this sacred sacrifice by inner-healing, spiritual warfare and psychotherapeutic
techniques. It is an abysmal state when believers will openly participate
in any kind of extra-biblical activity, and so easily turn away from the
cross of the precious savior who redeemed them. This is what I saw at Cleansing
Stream. Once the cross goes, anything goes."

"All in all, with its doctrinal ambiguity, theological aberrations,
unscriptural emphasis on the sunpernatural experiences and prophetical
and mystical leanings, the End-Time Handmaidens is an attraction for the
spiritually naive and undiscerning. The foundation of the group is

Scheiderer states: "The reasons I am writing this report on my experience
with Gwen Shaw and the cult she has founded - a.k.a. End-Time Handmaidens
& Servants - are five (six, seven & eight [added later]) fold:
(1) To let people know how others and myself were treated while working
at this cult's headquarters. (2) Because of my grief over the mental abuse
Mrs. Shaw inflicted upon certain people before their departure. (3) Because
I can no longer agree with or keep silent about Mrs. Shaw's writings, which
are New Age teachings..(4) Because of the pain and destruction that Mrs.
Shaw, her teachings, and members of this cult have caused in my parent's
marriage (now ended in divorce), the lives of my immediate and extended
families, my life and personal relationships with others both during and
after my association with this cult, and in the lives of countless others.
(5) So that as many people as possible, especially those within this cult
would know the truth about this cult." Gwen Shaw appeared on Benny
Hinn's "This Is Your Day" during the month of October, 2000. Hinn sold
and endorsed five of her books (with a sixth one free for $40) These books
are small paperbacks. Bill Bright, C. Peter Wagner, John Arnott and

Plumbline, Volume 7, No. 4, September/October 2002
Over the past decades music has gained an unprecedented prominence
in the church. So much so that music has replaced faith and preaching
as the new means of grace. The influence of music has become so dominant
that it is not unusual for worship ministers and worship teams to spend
more time in ministry with the congregation than pastors do expounding
the Word of God.

An
Open Letter to Neale Donald Walsch by Bill Randles, 9/11/03
Mr. Walsch, the Bible warns us that “false christs and false prophets”
would arise, bringing deceptive signs and wonders to verify their false
teachings. All of this would come in the midst of a time marked by “wars
and rumours of wars”. (Matthew 24:6, 24:24) You have boldly challenged
me and other Christian ministers to accept your “new gospel.” Do you not
realize that your deification of man, and validation of all religions is
the “broad way” Jesus warned of that ends in death and destruction for
all who are on it (Matthew 7:13-15)? Rather than deny my calling by proclaiming
your “new gospel,” I will do what I can to warn people to beware of you,
Marianne Williamson, and your Global Renaissance Alliance.

Easy-Believism
by Ed Rickard, The Moorings
Two contrary forms of doctrinal error wrench law and grace from
their proper roles in Christian experience. The error known as legalism
emphasizes law at the expense of grace. It recognizes that salvation is
for obedience to the law, but denies that salvation is by grace, affirming
instead that salvation is by human works. The error known as antinomianism
emphasizes grace at the expense of law. It recognizes that salvation is
by grace, but denies that conformity to the law is the goal of Christian
living. Because rules and standards supposedly limit grace, antinomians
dislike them. Indeed, they may allege that a Christian need not consider
anything as sin—that, having no obligation to moral law, he can do whatever
he wants. There were antinomians in Paul's day (Rom. 6:1). They have been
prominent at other times in history also. In Puritan times, there were
antinomians who denounced civil government as too restrictive of Christian
liberty. A few extremists even rejected the Bible, saying that because
they had the Spirit, they had no need for a book of rules.

Well, here we go again. On OpenHeaven.com we find a report
as of 1/15/03 of "Revival, Gold & Manna". This report is backed
up with no facts, pictures, or documentation ... just more unverified stories
by those who want to entice others into their "love feasts" (Jude 1:12).
Let's look at some of the "facts" of this report so we can dispel this
"myth" biblically and get back to reality.

The
Joash Syndrome - A Caution Regarding David Wilkerson's Apparent Endorsement
of "Slain In The Spirit", etc. by Jacob Prasch, Moriel Ministries,
4/04
Some people are plainly disturbed about David Wilkerson's remarks
about "lying on his back laughing unable to get up because of God's hand
upon him". I am not sure this should be taken as an endorsement of the
Toronto Experience, although I can understand why some people took it that
way.

The
New Panentheistic "God" Of Christendom by Sandy Simpson, 9/25/04
There is a new "God" being promoted in the Third Wave, New Apostolic
Reformation and Word of Faith movements whose teachers are regularly seen
on TBN, Daystar, SkyAngel, CBN and other "Christian" TV networks.
Some of those teachers even have, what would be considered, a fairly typical
statement of faith or doctrinal statement they endorse. But by what
they teach they end up promoting a false unbiblical view of God, especially
through their actions and experiences. The whole phenomenon of "slain
in the spirit" and all the antics that go with it are brainwashing an entire
generation of Christians to put their faith in another Jesus, another Spirit,
another Gospel. This new "Jesus" and "Holy Spirit" is clearly pantheistic
or panentheistic in nature. Though some of these teachers would claim
to be believing in the God who is One God in Three Persons, by what they
teach they deny the very revealed character of God from Scripture.

The
Sellout Has Begun by Dr. Robert Morey, 11/04
If Walter Martin were in his grave, he would be spinning in it as
you read this news flash. Who would have ever imagined that such evangelicals
as Ravi Zacharias would preach a positive message in the LDS Temple in
St Lake, Utah, and state later that the Mormons agreed with his gospel
message? If that is not bad enough, who would imagine the president of
Fuller Seminary apologizing for evangelicals demonizing Mormons and promising
to change our ways? Who would imagine the following people such as Craig
Hazen supporting the ecumenical orgy that took place in the Mormon temple?

Evangelical
Seminary's Outreach To Mormons Does Not Bridge The Gap by Rob Sivulka,
11/04
Are friendships with Mormons and criticism mutually exclusive? And
should all evangelism to Mormons be in the context of friendship? The Salt
Lake Theological Seminary Bridges movement would answer in the affirmative
to both questions. The movement has become quite influential in the minds
of many that conduct ministries to Mormon people. In fact, it seems that
it has become quite an influential mode of doing any evangelism in our
post-modern culture. This movement seems to be manifesting recently in
a series of dialogues between an Evangelical and a Mormon.

(71) New
Age/Eastern Mysticism In The Churches by Sandy Simpson,
9/18/05
Within my lifetime there has been a monumental change in the churches.
In the last few decades New Age Eastern Mysticism and Gnosticism has entered
a majority of Christian churches. It entered very slowly, like a frog in
a pot. When the pot is slowly brought to a boil with a live frog in the
pot it has been observed that he will not jump out because he does not
feel the changes in temperature until he is boiled to death. The "slow
boil" of New Age brainwashing in the churches started a long time ago,
but even in the last 20 years or so the changes are stark. None of the
New Age practices I will mention could be found in most churches at that
time, and would have been soundly dismissed as unbiblical and heretical.
Many will ask, "Where has the New Age entered the churches?" All you have
to do is think about it a little and you will see that many churches have
adopted New Age teachings and ideas and "Christianized" them, when none
of them are biblical.
(72) THE
EMERGING CHURCH - Revival or Return To Darkness? by Roger Oakland,
Understand The Times, 10/05
History reveals that Christian fads and trends come and go. It seems
that it is common for many pastors and church leaders to constantly look
for some new methodology, “new wave” or “new thing” God is doing, “right
now.” We live at a period in church history that is characterized
by enthusiasm for methods and means that facilitate church growth. Large
churches are commonly equated with successful pastors and successful church
growth methods. Whatever it takes to reach that objective, is acceptable,
we are told. Church growth has become the measuring stick for successful
Christianity.

(75) Experiencing
God by Anton Bosch, 12/05
I just did a search on the internet
for the phrase “experience God” and came up with over 51 million references![1]
Wow, that must be an important idea! “Well off course it is”, I hear you
say. “We must experience God” has become such a common idea amongst Christians
today that we all accept, without question, that this is God’s will for
us. And of course none of us want to be so unspiritual that we don’t want
to have an experience with God and so many who have not “experienced God”
silently sneak away feeling embarrassed, cheated, and inferior. Then there
are those special, highly spiritual ones who have experienced God and walk
around feeling superior to the rest of those who have never experienced
this level of spirituality. But what is the truth about experiencing God?
I did a search through the Bible and found that neither the King James
nor the New King James version use the phrase “experience God” at all.
The English word “experience” appears three times in the New King James[2]
and three times in the King James.[3] None of these scriptures refer to
experiencing God in any way.

(79) From
Traitor to Hero? Responding to the "Gospel of Judas" by Albert
Mohler, Friday, April 07, 2006
Informed Christians will be watchful and aware when confronting
churches or institutions that present spurious writings, rejected as heretical
by the early church, on the same plane as the New Testament. The
verdict of Athanasius, one of the greatest leaders of the early church,
still stands: "Let no man add to these, neither let him take ought from
these, for concerning these the Lord put to shame the Sadducees, and said,
'Ye do err, not knowing the Scriptures.' And He reproved the Jews, saying,
'Search the Scriptures, for these are they that testify of Me.'"
(80) The
Da Vinci Code Deciphered by Gary E. Gilley, Pastor-Teacher, 04/06/06
The most celebrated novel of our times is much more than a novel.
The Da Vinci Code has sold some forty million copies, just a drop in the
bucket compared to the number of people who will view the movie starring
everybody’s most beloved actor, Tom Hanks, and directed by none other than
Opie (aka Ron Howard). As a result, before the close of 2006 the
majority of those in the Western world will probably be introduced to the
mysterious code popularized by Dan Brown. They will no doubt find
this code both intriguing and troubling. It is intriguing because
Brown is a fascinating author. The Da Vinci Code is unquestionably
a great novel by literary standards and, if it was only a novel, would
not be worth our time to examine in this venue. But it is troubling
because Brown has a clear agenda, perhaps several overlapping ones.

in Christian bookstores and churches and considered another worthy book
for Sunday school classes?

Christianity Today calls itself, "a magazine

positions they take editorially, they are not plugged into the convicting
power of the Holy Spirit. If they were, they wouldn’t put money and influence
above truth and holiness.
(81) Mystical
Youth Ministry - Youth Specialties by Gary Gilley, Think On These
Things, May 2007
In this edition, I would like to examine yet another powerful fad
now
making the rounds of evangelical churches, what I call “mystical youth
ministry.” Perhaps the strongest promoter of this philosophy is Youth
Specialties which, through its seminars and conferences alone, impact the
lives of tens of thousands of youth leaders and young people every year.[3]
Of course, Youth Specialties pours out tons of literature as well, much
of it in promotion of mysticism.[4] In this paper I will be interacting
largely with Mark Yaconelli’s recent book Contemplative Youth Ministry,
Practicing the Presence of Jesus. This volume, jointly published by Youth
Specialties and Zondervan, seeks to propagate an approach to youth work
that would mirror ancient Roman Catholic mystical practices of the middle
ages. I believe this book well represents what some are trying, unfortunately
with good success, to introduce as the next wave of youth ministry. Read

Unbiblical Teaching Wedded to Mystical Experience (Theophostic Ministry)
by Bob DeWaay, November/December 2003
A few weeks ago my wife and I were driving to the house of some
close friends, listening to a tape of Dr. Ed Smith, the founder of Theophostic
counseling, who was preaching at a large evangelical church in our city.1
As we listened, my wife asked, “what kind of sermon is this?” The sermon
was filled with psychological terminology, a sprinkling of Scripture giving
21st century psychological meanings to 1st century concepts, and many anecdotes
to convince the listeners that every one of them needed “Theophostic” ministry.
After some time my wife looked at me and said, “Why are these people listening
to this? We heard this 25 years ago.”
(85) My
Trip to the Rethink Conference by Roger Oakland, Understanding
The Times, 1/08
Over the 30 years I have traveled the road of life as a born-again,
Bible-believing Christian, I have experienced a number of significant events
that have provided inspiration and direction for the ministry God has given
me. The Rethink Conference held at Robert Schuller’s Crystal Cathedral,
January 17-19, 2008 can now be listed as one of those watershed events.
While I was not able to attend the entire conference because of a missionary
trip scheduled to the Philippines, the opening day of Rethink: new perspectives
from global influences provided ample evidence to evaluate the significance
of the event. For nearly two thousand years, most professing Christians
have seen the Bible as the foundation for the Christian faith. The overall
view at the Rethink Conference, however, is that Christianity, as we have
known it, has run its course and must be replaced. Co-hosted by Erwin Mc
Manus and Robert Schuller, the conference declared that a paradigm shift
is now underway. Speakers insisted that Christianity must be re-thought
and re-invented if the name of Jesus Christ is going to survive here on
planet earth now that we are in the twenty-first century.
(86) Final
Preparations to Receive the New Age Christ
by Prof. Johan Malan, Middelburg, South Africa, March 12, 2008
Christianity experiences unprecedented attacks on its foundational
truths. These attacks are motivated and coordinated by evil forces that
are intent on deceiving all people as a prelude to revealing the Antichrist
and physically establishing Satan’s kingdom on earth. Their main obstacle
is biblical beliefs in the deity, atoning death, resurrection and second
coming of Jesus Christ. As a result, attacks against evangelical Christianity
are on the increase, being aimed at discrediting the canonical books of
the Bible, and thus also the God and Saviour of the Bible.
