What Does The Bible Teach About "Synergy"?
by Sandy Simpson
This DVD is a message based on this article.
Synergy is also a concept being adapted and taught today as a major tenet of the Third Wave, New Apostolic Reformation (NAR) movement.  Dutch Sheets was one of the first to introduce this concept to that movement back in the National School of the Prophets - Mobilizing the Prophetic Office Conference at Ted Haggard's New Life Church in Colorado Springs, CO on May 12, 2002.

Karma Versus Sowing And Reaping - What's The Difference?
by Christian Research Network, 1/14/20

"The principle of karma burdens people with an unknown amount of effort throughout an unknown number of life cycles in order to attain a supposed state of bliss called nirvana. Yet, the Bible encourages us that the one true God will right all wrongs and bring about complete justice in his perfect timing."(Lee Ann Trees - Beautiful Christian Life) Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap (Gal. 6:7) If people reap what they sow, why do we see so many instances where justice is not carried out in this world? The principle of karma has an answer for this dilemma: people will eventually be paid back with good or evil in future reincarnations for the deeds they have done in the past. The Bible also has a response to the injustice we see around us: God will enact perfect justice, but it won't come about until the end of this present age (Rev. 20:11-1)

The Oracle
by Jonathan Cahn Herescope
Reviewed by Herescope

But in The Oracle, Jesus is simply a means to an end. Yeshua's Jewish-Christian reputation was needed to stamp the 'Jubilean Mysteries' with a divine imprimatur.

Finally, it should be noted that there are major historical events surrounding God's blessings toward the Jewish people that are celebrated in The Oracle. But even the bits of truth that are found in it are hopelessly overwhelmed by Cahn's captivating visions, spell-binding mysteries, beguiling number mysticism... and other seductive teachings not clearly found in Scripture. A mixture of truth and error is error. Readers shelling out $20 to buy Cahn's book don't seem to want to be convicted of sin, brought to repentance, nor told that the Lord Jesus Christ reigns over their lives. Rather, they are choosing bewitchment. They apparently prefer the latest untold secret, unlocked mystery, or revealed hidden prophecy. Many are flocking to religious hucksters-supposed experts with the hidden knowledge-whom they believe have the special Gnostic keys to reveal ancient mysteries and to unlock prophetic doors. Such thrill seekers will only drift away from the "King of kings and Lord of lords" (Rev. 19:6)-the Word (Jn. 1:1) and-the Truth (Jn. 14:6).

As unsettling changes take place in your Christian environment, you might find yourself in this scenario: (1) In my Christian reading, I get a gritty feeling about a phrase here or a teaching there. Then . . .(2) I sense that new meanings are being applied to established Christian terms. Then . . .(3) I find outright heresy in books and/or sermons. (4) I notice certain names repeated in those sermons or in the endnotes of books. (5) I voice concern to my minister, but he's dismissive: "Now, now, we can't all agree on everything." (6) I see acceptance of practices that I've discovered are misleading: Eastern wellness techniques . . .(7) and contemplative prayer . . .(8) and interspirituality. (9) But I also wonder if I'm missing out, if I'm not as spiritual as others who are having "experiences." (10) I come to realize that I can't blindly follow authorities; they may be losing their grasp of the Scriptures. I'll get into the Word for myself, stay connected to the church [the body of Christ] and to the real Jesus.
