DITC is a Christian ministry and we give away a lot of materials, and provide one of the largest article archives on the subject of the Third Wave and New Apostolic Reformation on the Web.  Keeping up with what is going on in the Third Wave is a huge job and one that takes a lot of research and careful examination of the Scriptures.  At over 800+ articles and other materials, we continue to grow and the Lord has used this ministry in the lives of thousands of people each month from almost every nation in the world.  We answer around 100 e-mails a week, some with very difficult issues to face.  If you are currently supporting church and mission projects and individuals, then please continue your support of them.  Missionaries, in particular, need your prayers and continued support.  If the Lord has blessed you financially and you are led of the Spirit to help us out, then we appreciate your support.  But the best support is to use DITC materials to help others who are struggling to come to grips with the issues of the Third Wave.

FEATURE ARTICLE

The feature in this e-newsletter may cause some people to be angry.  But really, what is the point of healing?  Where are the faith healers when you need them?  They never seem to be where they are really needed but can always be found in large emotionally manipulative events continuing their parlor tricks.  This article is not against true divine healing, obviously.  I firmly believe and have seen God heal many people in my lifetime because of the prayers of righteous men and women.  But the "Harry Potter Christian" faith healers of today do not represent true biblical Christianity.  They are false prophets who claim special "anointings" not mentioned in Scripture, and they use those "anointings" to milk people of their hard earned money.  For proof of how money raised with the promise of "100 fold blessings" is being used, just check out this story about Paul & Jan Crouch of TBN fame and their new "digs" in Newport, CA.  Following is my take in the aftermath of the September 11th terrorist attacks.  I hope this will be a wake up call for those involved in the Third Wave movement.
 
 

In the wake of the terrorist attacks on the U.S. one question begs to be answered.  Where are the faith healers now?  Are they hiding?  What better opportunity for people like David Hogan and the leaders of Brownsville, who claimed Hogan's dead raisings were absolute fact, to fly to New York City and raise the World Trade Center victims to life. After all they were at least unwitting, if not innocent victims. All the world is watching via CNN and other networks. Could there be a better time for the Third Wave faith healers to show to the world that what they have been claiming about themselves is true? That they posses an extraordinary "anointing" that they can dispense at will and with which they can heal and raise the dead to life?  If they don't have "enough faith" to raise the dead, then how about the victims that got hurt in the WTC disaster or the Pentagon?  The hospitals would be glad for the help, Benny Hinn.  What about the recent cases of anthrax?  Where are Oral Roberts, Richard Roberts, Rod Parsley, Morris Cerullo, Paul Crouch, C. Peter Wagner, Paul Cain, Juanita Bynam, Benny Hinn, T.B. Joshua, John Arnott, John Kilpatrick, Steve Hill, Kenneth Hagin, Kenneth Copeland, Joyce Meyers, Earl Paulk, Fred Price, Creflo Dollar, R.W. Shambach, Reinhard Bonnke, Christian Harfouche, Rick Joyner, Mike Bickle, Tommy Tenney, Cindy Jacobs, George Otis. Jr., Michael Brown, Jack Deere, Randy Clark, Colin Dye, Nicky Gumbal, Ed Silvoso, Markus Bishop, Kim Clement, Jesse Duplantis, Marilyn Hickey, Rodney Howard-Browne, T.D. Jakes, Robert Tilton and a whole bevy of others when they are really needed?  The fact is they are right where they have been and are likely to be as long as they continue to teach false doctrines, make false prophesies, and tell made up stories about alleged healings they can't verify.  The fact is they are back in their rah rah "Christian" events putting on lying wonders shows while the world is not only dying in sin, but is at this moment in a lot of physical suffering,  Where is the compassion?  Where are the signs and wonders and miracles now?  This illustrates the fact that what we are seeing in the Third Wave is ABSOLUTELY nothing but a SHAM and is leading people to put

May these false teachers repent and turn to the Lord.  May those who have been lead astray by them get away from them and find fellowship with true believers.  May God have compassion on a church that has allowed these heretics to be the voice of Christianity at a time when the whole world needs to repent and turn to Christ!
