But false prophets also arose among the people, just as there will also be false
teachers among you, who will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even
denying the Master who bought them, bringing swift destruction upon themselves. And many will follow their
sensuality, and because of them the way of the truth will be maligned; and in their greed they will
exploit you with false words; their judgment from long ago is not idle, and their
destruction is not asleep.
This text explains our mission quite well. Today the Church
faces false teachers on every side. On any given day you can turn on Christian
Television and view a wide variety of false teaching by false teachers. You can go
into any Christian bookstore and purchase books published by Christian
Publishers filled with horrific blasphemies all in the name of Christ. Videos and
cassette teachings are offered on every front by self-proclaimed Apostles & Prophets
and until quite recently there has been little backlash against this foolishness by the
Body of Christ at large. Our mission is to expose and refute the current trends in heresy,
especially among the charismatic ranks of the Church. We will not only cite the errors
rampant in these teachings, but also offer sound Biblical exposition as to why these
teachings are not part of orthodox Christianity. We are honored to join
the voices in crying out against the varied winds of doctrine which are blowing
many believers off course.

Dear All,Jesus Christ and the Apostles warned us of a time when false prophets, false Christs, false teachers would come. They warned us of a different gospel, false spirits posing as the Holy Spirit and false Christs that would invade the churches. Mt 24:24 For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform great signs and miracles to deceive even the elect-if that were possible.
2Pe 2:1 But there were also false prophets among the people, just as there will be false teachers among you. They will secretly introduce destructive heresies, even denying the sovereign Lord who bought them-bringing swift destruction on themselves.
2Co 11:4 For if someone comes to you and preaches a Jesus other than the Jesus we preached, or if you receive a different spirit from the one you received, or a different gospel from the one you accepted, you put up with it easily enough.

That's precisely what's wrong with a lot of "mission" work in the
big tent way; there's no such thing as "a biblical faith" that functions
as part of "a Reformation movement within" a pagan religion. You need to
understand that apart from faith in God through Jesus Christ all other
religions, no matter how noble they may appear on a purely human level,
are idolatry i.e. worship a false god that is, in reality, at least a demon.

Bishop Eddie Long is pastor of New Birth Missionary Baptist Church
which has accumulated over 25,000 members since he began in 1987. From
Georgia. He is televised to 170 countries. Long has been married twice
having four children. Long has a Bentley ($350,000) with bodyguards. He
wears clothes that display his prosperity theology. Long who once wore
a Jewish star necklace around his neck instead of a cross and had a handkerchief
sticking out from his suit pocket in the shape of a crown (TBN Sept. 7,
2003) is adorned with expensive tailored suits, a Rolex watch, gold necklaces,
and diamond bracelets he steps up to the pulpit to show them how it works.
"The Atlanta Journal-Constitution published tax records showing that from
1997 to 2000 Bishop Long had accepted $3 million in salary, housing, a
car and other perks from a charity he controlled" (Sex Scandal Threatens
a Georgia Pastor's Empire By James C. McKinley and Robbie Brown: Sept.
25, 2010). In Nov. 2007 Long was named as one of six well - known televangelist
ministries to be investigated for possible financial misconduct by Sen.
Charles Grassley. Recently Long made the news because four former members
of his youth group, his own church members are bringing suit against him
accusing Long of sexual relationships that I will not mention (this can
be read by news services).

False Christ Coming - Does Anybody Care? is the original Reinventing
