We thank the Lord for you and your commitment to being a Berean! There are so few Christians today who will stand up for the truth when it is unpopular to do so. But we must always thank our Lord Jesus Christ for His sacrifice for us and be willing to put our necks on the line for others who are being swayed by the Apostasy.
This is a reminder to you that we still need your help. Finances are tight and the expenses of running a discernment ministry such as this are putting us in a bit of a bind. We continue to serve the Lord, answering emails, putting out a weekly newsletter, adding articles and materials to the site from a number of good discernment sources and in so doing support other ministries by driving web traffic their way. I continue to write articles and produce DVDs as well as help other ministries with their projects, doing post production video editing and article/book editing. I recently produced a DVD series on Church History and the Core Doctrines taken from a study I did at our church.
It has been the goal of this ministry since it started in 1997 to come alongside churches and church leadership to help them be more discerning regarding deception in the churches and give them the tools to teach their people to be discerning. A number of churches have used the materials I provide and I have had the privilege of helping some churches by doing seminars. However, by comparison the number of churches interested in apologetics and discernment are growing fewer with each passing year. But by the grace of God I plan to continue this vital ministry in concert with some of the best preachers and teachers out there.
I get a lot of questions weekly from believers who are looking for information on old and new false teachings. I always try to do my best to find the information they need to stand strong. Many are being persecuted for their stand for the truth of God's Word. Please be in prayer for your fellow believers, whether they are being ostracized or physically persecuted for their faith.
